All copyrights of the SpeechPulse software are exclusively owned by AVbeam software. Special exceptions apply to third-party software used by SpeechPulse.

A single copy of SpeechPulse software can only be used by a single user. A user can install his/her SpeechPulse software on multiple machines. But a user can't share his/her SpeechPulse software with others.

You are not allowed to copy, rent, sell, modify, or reverse engineer SpeechPulse software. Any such unauthorized use may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

SpeechPulse software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. AVbeam software will not be liable for data loss, hardware damage, or any other loss while using the software.

Installing SpeechPulse on your computer signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must remove SpeechPulse software from your computer if you don't agree with these terms and conditions.
